"Divine Dezignz #1: Discovery" - Floyd The Locsmif
This is classic material! In the tradition of bbcmusic's "Beat Generation" movement, Flyod puts together some sweet jazz-style instrumentals, sprinkled with a small bit of lyrical content. This is the type of dope sh!t you can throw on in the background and just vibe. It's been in heave rotation for awhile now.

"The First lady " - Faith Evans
When Faith drops an album, I always know i'll find between 2-4 trax and I love. For me, that above average with most music today. Still, seeing her CD up here means it's slim pickings so far! Not to say it doesn't belong. I think this is my favorite Faith album

"Closer" - Beady Belle
Beady came to me like a thief in the night and stole my heart! Well.. actually, my boy Chris dropped it in my lap ("Hey man, check this out. You might like it"). That was the Cewbeagappic CD. and it blew me away. And when I got an advance copy of "Closer", my infatuation continued. Some people complain that it sounds like the last album, but i don't see that as a bad thing. Her voice is incredible and she knows how good she sounds over those melodic tracks. I can't get enough!!!

"Sleepers" - Big Pooh
As one third of 9th Wonder's "Little Brother", Pooh's laid "back" flow, always seemed to take a "backseat" to Phonte's unique delivery. And when Phonte teamed up with Nicolay to form The Foreign Exchance, Pooh seemed to fade into the background. And then BAM!!! He comes back with a solo release that's just as dope a FE's "Connected". You know this will get slept on (hence the title).

"BE" - Common
Ah, my love for pre-releases! Being dialed in to the Blog.verse has it's rich advantages! This one's not suppose to drop until late May, but man.... after an incredible disappointment (on my part) with "Electric Circus", I was praying to the hip-hop Gods that Common pulled his train back on track. This is a CLASSIC album! With production primarily by Kanye West and J-Dilla, you can't help but throw this in your collection. I'll be picking this up as soon as it hits the stans!
